Ein Musiker & DJ der prägenden Stunde. Seine Tracks “Energy Flash” und “Mentasm” sind legedär für die frühen 90er. Damals gerade mal älter als 20 Jahre, hatte er schon viel erreicht. 1999 hat er sich mit seinem Label STX Records in der Szene noch breiter gemacht.

Ein Track welchen ich bis heute mag, ist sein 2009 veröffentlichter Remix von Oliver Huntemann’s “Shanghai Spinner”. Dieser ist einfach grandios und zeigt bis heute sein Können hervorragend auf. Also auf viele weitere Awakenings und gute Musik von Joey.
