DE: April, April, der spielt was er will, na, eigentlich nicht, sondern das was ich wollte. Das war der April mit meinen sonnigen Tagen.

Diesen Monat speziell aufgefallen ist mir das neue Album von Clark  - “Iradelphic”, welches ich sehr ans Herz legen kann.

DE: Die Zeit die Zeit, schon ist’s wieder so weit… Viel Gutes, Viel Neues, ich zeig euch nichts scheues. Na… Quatsch, werd ich hier noch zum neuen Goethe ;o) Jedenfalls war das mein September.

Speziell erwähnen möchte ich den Track Plastic Dreams von Jaydee. Wer kennt diesen Klassiker schon nicht. Er ist legendär in der House Szene. Dieser Song wurde nun remixed und das in einer ziemlich technoiden Version. Wie ich finde ziemlich gelungen.

EN: The time the time, it’s just fine… Many good stuff, many new stuff, won’t show you some guff. Ok, stop it, I’m not the new Goethe ;o) Anyway, this was my September.

I would like to mention the track “Plastic Dream” by Jaydee. Who doesn’t know this legendary track from the House scene. This song now has been remixed in a really technoid manner. I like to say, it has been done quite well.

Der Track “Hitcherman” ist ursprünglich von Marc Houle und ist bei ihr als “Magda Hitcher Woman Remix” zu finden.

Making Contakt ist eine Film/Doku Idee die im Zusammenhang mit dem 10 jährigen Jubiläum des Labels “Minus” entstand. Die Idee der gesamten Party Reihe war es, Leute zusammenzubringen – making contakt.

Die Partyserie startete im May 2008 in Detroit und dauerte bis Dezember 2008 in Tokyo. In der 8 monatigen Reise durchquerten sie Detroit, Barcelona, Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Rom, Gent, Buenos Aires und Tokyo.

Die Idee “making contakt” brachte auch eine grosse Herausforderung in Sachen Technik. Diesen ganzen Systeme miteinander laufen zu lassen, Synchronisation von Geräten, Kommunikation mit den Leuten auf der Tanzfläche und dazu die riesige LED-Wand.

Musiker welche an diesen Events mitmachten waren: Richie Hawtin, Magda, Troy Pierce, Marc Houle, Heartthrob and Gaiser.

Making Contakt is an idea of a film and documentary that arose in connection with the 10th anniversary of the label “Minus”. The idea of the whole party series was to bring people together – Making Contakt.
