DE: Jetzt, da ja auch der Winter offiziell da ist, gibts erst recht viel neue gute Musik für den vergangenen Oktober. Das war der Oktober mit meinen meist gehörten Songs.

Diesen Monat hat mich vorallem Tommy’s Theme von Noisia gepackt. Es es schlichtweg ein grossartiger Track, der vollends ein gnadenloser Geniestreich von Noisia ist.

The special track for this month is Tommy’s Theme by Noisia. They really produced such a ingenious track. This really hits the bull’s eye.

DE: Der Brasilianer Gui Boratto hat gerade am 11. September 2011 sein neustes Werk “III” veröffentlicht. Gui zählt inzwischen zu den namhaften Grössen im Business. Schon unzählige Tracks hat er bereits veröffentlicht und es ist nicht das erste Werk, das er auf Kompakt veröffentlich hat.

Im August hatte ich den Track “The Drill” bereits in meinen Charts. Dieser Song zeigt ziemlich gut die Idee für das ganze Album auf. Recht häufig zu finden sie diese warmen Synthies. Im totalen Gegensatz und zur gleichen Zeit kommen ziemlich abgefahrenene und schräge Sounds zum Einsatz, die, vorallem bei “The Drill”, manchen Hörer wohl auf die Probe stellen werden. Im Grossen und Ganzen hat er aber eine saubere Linie reingebracht ins Album mit den erwähnten warmen Sounds. Gelegentlich wieder tauchen eher SlowTechno Tracks auf, welche auch mit viel Verspieltheit und Ideenreichtum daher kommen.

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Album. Wie ich via Twitter erfahren habe, wurde das ganze sogar noch von Robert Babicz gemastert.


EN: Gui Boratto, originated from Brazil, released on September 11th 2011 his latest work “III”. Gui meanwhile is one of the famous one in business. Loads of Track have already been released and it’s not the first piece he released on Kompakt.

In August, I already published the track “The Drill” in my monthly charts. This song represents quite nice the idea of the album. Often you gonna hear these really nice and warm Synthesizer, which at the same time are played together with some really strange confusing sounds. Especially the track “The Drill” might be some kind of challenge for some listeners. But my final opinion, he really produced the album with a straight-forward thinking and nice ideas and these warm sounds. Sometimes there are SlowTechno track, which are as well produced in a playful and creative manner.

Highly appreciated album. As I read on Twitter, the mastering has been done by Robert Babicz.

DE: Nich wahr… schon wieder ein Monat um. Allerdings… ein weiterer Monat mit viel guter Musik. Das war der August mit meinen meistgehörten Songs.

Speziell erwähnen möchte ich den Track Lie Down In Darkness von Moby, aber remixed von Document One. Den Song im Original find ich schon stark, aber als ich den Song dann als Dubstep Remix gehört habe, war das ein pures Glücksgefühl ;o)

Auch zu erwähnen, Gathaspar mit ihrem wahnsinns “Cedar LP” und auch Mike Dehnert mit seiner Bricolage EP. Sicherlich eine der geileren Scheiben diesen Monat.

EN: Sure? Has another month passed already? Yeah, but with lots of good music. This was August in my ears.

I especially would like to mention the track “Lie Down in Darkness by Moby, which in original verision I got in love with. But as I discovered the Dubstep remix by Document One, it was happened. A feeling of pure joy.

To mention as well is Gathaspar with their incredibly huge “Cedar LP” und Mike Dehnert with his recently dropped “Bricolage EP”. For sure this is something to really keep in track of.
